Our pots win the taste test against competitors every time and we are often told how versatile they are ? the dishes can be eaten heated up as they are for a quick and tasty lunch or added to rice, cous cous or a jacket potato for a delicious, healthy evening meal. We call this lunch on the go or supper in a mo?

Easy Bean meals are gluten-free, high in fibre and low in salt. There are 211kcals in the Tagine meal, 214kcals in the Chilli, 256kcals in the Cuisines and 297kcals in the Sambar.

The Easy Bean range is inspired by Christina?s passion for the bean which has roots in her childhood as the daughter of a Warwickshire farmer plus agricultural training and her work in Zambia, Sudan, Belize and Bolivia helping to improve farming methods.

Christina and her team of six prepare the food at a converted dairy farm near Castle Cary, Somerset. She says: ?Beans have more fibre than many wholegrains, are virtually fat free and are high in protein. The meals are easy to prepare and can be microwaved or heated in a pan. They are high in fibre, low in fat and salt, are gluten-free ? and also provide two to three of your five-a-day.?

Easy Bean is proving a boon for professionals who are time poor but looking for healthy, delicious options for a quick lunch or supper. The market is still very much alive for health and convenience ? a winning combination when we are all so busy. Our customers love the range of flavours and homemade qualities of our Easy Bean meals, adds Christina. www.easybean.co.uk?/?www.facebook.com/easybean
