This year's list of top Central Florida catering companies catered more than 25,456 luncheons, banquets, weddings and events in 2011, serving up a variety of cuisines from gourmet continental and Caribbean to healthy and whole food dishes.
Employing 2,373 in local personnel, the largest local catering companies' revenues totaled more than $30 million in Central Florida, with more than $61.4 million companywide.
The top five companies employ 2,013 local workers and generated $21.4 million of the catering revenue from 14,282 events.
