The Hilton family, among many other stars, attended the 18th Annual Race to Erase MS Gala in L.A. on Friday night to support a good cause and enjoyed a performance by iconic rocker Joan Jett.
Paris Hilton hung out with boyfriend Cy Waits inside after posing for photos with Royal guards, as the event also celebrated the Royal Wedding, which took place earlier that morning.

Sister Nicky Hilton also came to the bash with parents Kathy and Rick Hilton and got up from their tables to dance during Joan?s amazing performance at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel.
Jason Davis hung out with fellow Celebrity Rehab co-stars Janice Dickinson and Jason Wahler during the auction, meant to raise money for the cause.
La Toya Jackson, Melissa Joan Hart, Rachel Leigh Cook, and Cindy Crawford were just some of the other famous faces that came out to support the race to erase multiple sclerosis.
