One of the oldest sports in the humanity and one of the most rewarding sports rings, is that everyone can participate. There are three types of wrestling, Freestyle, Greco-Roman style and folk. Although fighting Greco-Roman and freestyle events for the Olympic Games are displayed in, in middle schools, high schools and universities in the United States our primary focus is teaching young athletes folk style wrestling.However, to remain independent of the type a person chooses to engage with the potential benefits of the same.
What makes this sport so rewarding? It is not only the victory but the lesson taught by the preparation for a contest, competition, and after the competition. And "shared the brotherhood and fellowship of wrestlers. It is the discipline you have to practice every day, hour by hour for the privilege to walk on the carpetone to one competition. Wrestling helps build character, self esteem and confidence. It builds leadership qualities. Wrestling is not only one of the physically demanding sporting events, but a sport full of excitement and pride. It takes drive, determination and commitment.
